The ABB PCS100 ACV-20 is an active voltage conditioner engineered to protect industrial processes from the voltage sags, swells, and transients that can disrupt modern manufacturing. Instead of storing energy in batteries, it uses advanced power electronics to inject the missing voltage back into the line in real time, keeping production running through brief but damaging grid events.
Ideal for semiconductor fabs, plastics, printing, textiles, and any continuous process, the PCS100 ACV-20 avoids the scrap, restart time, and revenue loss that typically follow even a sub-second power quality event.
